WHAT IS INVOLVED:

  • Use of all the clinical pilates equipment - reformer, trapeze table, wunda chair, spine corrector and mat.

  • With a range of accessories such as weights, bands, balance disc, pilates balls to add challenge or support to all your movements

  • You can expect your personalised program based on your specific areas of needs as well as cardiorespiratory fitness, balance, mobility and general strength

WHAT CAN CLINICAL PILATES EXERCISE HELP WITH:

  • Fitness group instructor is able to only recommend a generalised program of exercises that may not be suited to you specifically

  • Another bonus dependent on your private health provider - you can claim rebates on the cost of the sessions
