DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLINICAL & GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:
Clinical Pilates requires highest level of education - Clinical Pilates Diploma or Physiotherapy degree. Therefore have the most in-depth scientific understanding of what is occurring in your body and what is safe
This highest education level allows the use of this expertise to design a tailored program that encourages correct movement patterns for your goals
Fitness group instructor is able to only recommend a generalised program of exercises that may not be suited to you specifically
Another bonus dependent on your private health provider - you can claim rebates on the cost of the sessions
